In this The Faces of Business episode, our guest speaker was Todd Russell. Todd is a Professional Employer Consultant at Oasis Outsourcing. The conversation begins with Damon asking Todd about the current employment market and its dynamics today. Todd explained how the current employment market makes it difficult for employers who are not adapting to the market conditions to find good talent but employers who are adapting and have great cultures are not experiencing as much turnover or trouble finding new talent.
Todd went on to mention to explain several things he sees companies do today to manage their human resources effectively to find and retain the talent they need.
