He is the fastest amateur fighter to ever make it to the UFC, where he had a successful career with a total of 19 matches and 14 wins in just 10 months. He uses what he learned in preparing to be a successful MMA fighter to help his clients develop game-changing habits that support their goals.

Michael Houlihan and Bonnie Harvey founded a startup wine business in 1985 focused on producing an approachable wine at an affordable price point. The company used grit, determination, and listening to the customer to launch a brand for the people. They used cause-based marketing to continue expanding the business and help worthy causes in a win-win approach to making a difference in the world. Ultimately in 2005 Michael and Bonnie sold the Barefoot brand to E&J Gallo.
